Motorized Linear Vertical Stage, Range of Travel 300 mm


    Applications for the AT20-400 motorized Vertical Lift Stage include: Positioning of Flasks, stirrers, hotplates, and other lab equipment, testing, inspection, assembly, sampling, laser drilling and machining in a broad range of industrial, medical, semiconductor, and research applications. 
     

    It is constructed of black-anodized aluminum alloy and steel shafting. A powerful two phase NEMA stepper motor and precision ground lead screw offers a high load capacity to 50kg without the concern for cantilevered effects (loss of parallelism), additionally, the stage has access from all four sides. The limit switches prevent over travel, a hand knob on the extended motor shaft is for manual adjustments, and the large base plate has easy access to mounting holes.
     

    The AT20-400 Vertical Lift Stage options include: servo motor, optical encoder.  It is also available as a complete plug-and-play system with a Motion Controller.
