surface.
It provides
up to 500

travel at
a maximum
speed of
5 mm per
second.
The drive
mechanism is
high precision
crossed roller.
This
linear
stage is
also
available
with a servo
motors and
optical
encoders.
The knob mounted on the motors allow for manual adjustment.
These knobs may be replaced with an optical encoders for precision position verification.
This stage
is
compatible
with OES'
line of
