The rigid box construction of the moving component of the elevator stage
travels on six slide rails assuring smooth vertical travel and parallelism
of the table and mounting surface at all times, and features: 3.315 microns (non-
micro-step) resolution, 5 microns repeatability, and 15 microns positional accuracy.
Applications for the AT20-600 motorized Vertical Lift Stage include:
Positioning of Flasks, stirrers, hotplates, and other lab equipment,
testing, inspection, assembly, sampling, laser drilling and machining in a
broad range of industrial, medical, semiconductor, and research
applications.
The AT20-600 motorized Vertical Lift Stage (lowered position) is 539mm, it
is constructed of black-anodized aluminum alloy and steel shafting, and
weighs just 23kg. A powerful two phase NEMA stepper motor and precision
ground lead screw offers a high load capacity to 50kg without the concern
for cantilevered effects (loss of parallelism), additionally, the stage has
access from all four sides. The limit switches prevent over travel, a hand
knob on the extended motor shaft is for manual adjustments, and the large
base plate has easy access to mounting holes.
The AT20-600 Vertical Lift Stage options include: servo
motor, optical encoder. It is also available as a complete plug-and-play
system with a
Motion Controller.
This
stage requires a
Motion Controller
that can be
ordered as a
